Stepping into 35 Trumbull Court now, it’s almost impossible to picture how different this Novato home once looked. After years of making memories here, the sellers were ready for a new chapter—and wanted to ensure the home would stand out for its next owners. The sellers invested strategically in key updates that made a huge impact: brand-new floors, fresh interior and exterior paint, a fully landscaped backyard with a new hardscape patio, a beautifully opened-up kitchen with new countertops and appliances, amongst other details throughout like new light fixtures and hardware to elevate the home. The team also managed a full refresh of all three bathrooms and even reconfigured the primary bedroom to create a fifth bedroom.
The Own Marin team was hands-on every step of the way, coordinating vendors, guiding design decisions, and ensuring the project ran seamlessly.
